You may not recognize the name Nicolas Godelet but two of the Belgian Architect’s designs in china are known by almost everyone：National Center for the Preforming Arts and Ancien City of Pingyao.
China Pictorial, a chinese photo magazine of national level, interviews the architect in one of his interior design: a wine cellar in Beijing refusing a design which confine to a specific style because that is all the environnement and even the residents. all different and unique that difine the particularities of the project. Nicolas Godelet takes this example to explain us his philosophy of architectural design: “An architect should put his heart into his projects to get thebest results”.
